I got this secret for you! When I was 15 I heard my grand aunt used lemon juice to wash her skin every day. From that day onwards, I copied what she did. The stinging sensation on the skin by the citric acid can bring tears to anyone’s eyes. However, the skin feels much more firm and polished afterward.
I prefer this natural treatment than applying man made creams. You don’t know what is in the creams usually. Most of these creams are made as a by-product of crude oil. I strongly believe that you shouldn’t use anything on your skin that you wouldn’t put in your mouth. You could do this at the end of the day, and even dilute the lemon juice with some water to reduce the sting of the citric acid.
My philosophy is to use natural raw juices. This also applies to what I ingest as food. Acids are converted to creams and sold at shops, so why don’t you take the juice naturally instead? Does this make sense? The acid helps wash away all the dirt and dust that accumulates on your skin during the day. Your skin will appear for younger and polished. You don’t have to apply the lemon juice every day, you could apply on the second or third day. I’ve applied everyday and also at two to three day intervals.
You can try this too, but be aware of the effects and potential side effects; you may want to ask your doctor for advice.
