What You Need

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped celery

How to Make It

Using a large mixing bowl add the beef, celery, green peppers and seasoning and combine until well mixed.

After mixing well, you can either form the hamburgers in your hands to make patties or you may use a kitchen tool especially for making hamburger patties. After forming the patties place them in a large skillet and brown on both sides. What You Need

  • 2 or 3 Tablespoons of bacon grease
  • 2 medium diced or thinly sliced ​​onions

  • ½ cup cream
  • 2 cups milk

How to Make It
